Chairman - Andrew Earle - Andrew is a Sports diver, and has been diving round the Cornish coast for several years. He has previously also held the post of Welfare officer on the committee.
Diving Officer - Larry Stabbins - Larry is an advanced diver, and has been diving for well over thirty years, though he has recently returned to diving after a long break from the sport while concentrating on his other outdoor passions; clinbing and sailing. He's also been known to occasionally play the saxophone.
He is in charge of the diving activities and training within the club.
Membership Secretary - Malcolm Hall - a new member to the committee in 2011, and looks after your membership queries, the club administration generally, keeps the minutes of the meetings and makes sure we're all up to date.
Treasurer - Jeff Dicker - Jeff has previously held the post of Diving Officer on the Committee.
Welfare Officer - Hilary Paynter - Hilary is an active diving member of the club, and is well known for providing lots of food out on the boat! As Welfare Officer she has particular responsibility for the welfare policy for children and vulnerable adults who dive with the club.
Website/Newsletter Editor- Helen Butcher - Helen is a Sports Diver and a Theory Instructor, and has been diving since 2003. She has just started diving with an underwater camera and is an active member of the club, though currently living in London.
Boat Officer - Nick Sodergren -Nick is a Dive Leader and is responsible for the care and maintenance of our club boat 'Wild Spirit'.
He is keen to hear from you if you spot any problems with the boat, trailer, or on board equipment.
Equipment Officer - Kenny Barrick - Kenny is another new member to the committee - awaiting a blurb! In the meantime feel free to contact him with any equipment needs
Social Secretary - Aymie - Aymie is another new member of the committee in 2010. The social secretary normally organises a variety of events throughout the year - bowling, barbeques on the beach and a treasure hunt are events seen in previous years.
If anyone has any ideas for events/activities, i would love to hear from them, and hope that the events will be supported by friends and family, as well as club members!
